Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars is an upcoming game for the Nintendo DS developed by Rockstar Leeds in conjunction with Rockstar North, due for release in March 2009. It is the tenth title in the Grand Theft Auto series and the fourth title released on a Nintendo platform, after Grand Theft Auto and Grand Theft Auto 2 for the Game Boy Color, and Grand Theft Auto Advance, for the Game Boy Advance.

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars
The story will revolve around Chinese and Korean gangsters. Player will assume the role of Huang Lee age 25, a member of the Triads, who must deliver his recently-assassinated father's Yu Jian, a supposed family heirloom and sword, to his uncle Wu Lee. Huang is ambushed along the way, and he must not only recover the sword, but avenge his father's death in the process.

List of characters in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars

Huang Lee is the main protagonist of the game from LC. He is 25-years old[1] and is coming to Liberty City (his hometown) to claim his Family heirloom, the Yu Jian, from his uncle. The Yu-Jian is an heirloom that Huang's father had won a card tournament.

Huang is very good at weapon handling and before coming back to Liberty City, he was a wealthy and spoiled man who only cared about himself. When Huang first comes back to the Liberty, he thinks he's in a very Crime-Free place but then he is ambushed and supposedly left for dead in the back of a truck in the Humboldt River. At this point, the game begins and you must swim out of the river before sinking (It's known that if you lose, you are sent back to the beginning of the mini-game and not the Hospital). After so, Huang meets up with his uncle (Kenny "Wu" Lee) to advise him about what happened on the way to his resturant at Sum Yung Gai (first appearance of SYG: GTA IV). After so, Uncle Wu tells you that something else has happened. The Yu Jian, the heirloom and the reason Huang Lee came to Liberty City, has been stolen. Huang and Uncle Wu must now find the prized heirloom, but at the time Uncle Wu gives you a safehouse for you to catch up on some sleep. The next day, you go out for your first mission (Streets of Rage) and meet Wade Heston, a cop who is surprisingly nice and you and him decide to become friends with. Nothing more, nothing less is supposed to announced live on Wikipedia. That would be of Vandalism.

Kenny "Wu" Lee (commonly Uncle Wu) is Huang Lee's uncle. Wu Lee is first seen during the first 1st 6 missions of the game. He is very serious and owns drugs that can be found in the new and publicly revealed feature called "Red Stash Box" though a character named Danny sells them to you.

* Wu owns a resturant called Sum Yung Gai (known as a comedy name for a store that can be found in GTA IV).
* Wu is 48 years old in the game meaning that Wu was 23 at Huang's birth (a.k.a. He's 23 years older than Huang).
Chan Jaoming is the son of Hsin Jaoming, and a member of the Jaoming Family. Chan is also a part of the Algonquin Triads, a friendly gang. Chan wishes to be escorted in one of the early 6 missions.

Danny is drug dealer though you buy drugs from him and sell them to someone else in a different city as confirmed by one of the Interviews with Rockstar Leeds. In the third mission, you are a buyer instead of seller, also confirmed by the same interview with Rockstar Leeds and Kikizo

Wade Heston is an LCPD officer in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars who is saved by Huang Lee during an ambush.

Mr. Lee All that's known about Huang's father is that he gave Huang a sacred heirloom, Yu Jian, to give to his uncle, Wu Lee.

Hsin Jaoming is the father of Chan Jaoming and possibly one of the enemies in the game.

* He's 73 years old in Chinatown Wars.
* He's the leader of the Jaomings and the Algonquin Triads.

Zhou Ming is the 30-year old head of The Triads. He was arrested for doing 4 different crimes during a portions apart from each other equally in his life.

* The 4 Different Arrests were in 1989 and 1995 (Trademark Counterfeiting), 1997, and 2005.
