1. Easily download the file from RS.com and unrar it!
2. Browse to GTA Savegame Editor\bin and open the editor.exe.
3. Now you only have to type in the path where your savegames are located.
4. Now click on the "load" button (upper left corner of the window)
5. youre ready now edit your savegame as you want it to be and click the "save" button and launch GTA with the edited savegame
